Creep it Keto w/ These Howl-oween Recipes

Halloween is right around the corner, but that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice yourself to sugar... 

Be the ghostess with the mostest with these spooky recipes!

Candy Corn Cookies

If you've got it, haunt it! These super cute candy corn cookies are a perfect low carb treat for all ages.

Simply grab your favorite Nui cookies (available in choc chip and snickerdoodle) and add your topping! 

Prep Time: 5 mins



  1. Portion whipped cream into 3 different bowls (one for your white, orange and yellow)
  2. For the yellow whipped cream, add yellow food coloring your bowl (2-3 drops).
  3. For the orange whipped cream, add 2 drops of red and 3 drops of yellow.
  4. Using a butter knife, start on the inside and take your white whipped cream and create a small circle in the middle. This should be about a ½ inch diameter.
  5. Now, take your orange whipped cream and create another circle right outside your white one. This should be about the same thickness.
  6. Lastly, take your yellow whipped cream and finish off your last circle. By now, your cookie should be filled with whipped cream.
  7. Cut the cookie like a pizza, and it will look like candy corn!

Fingers Stuck in a Jar

Creep it low carb with this yummy but spooky treat! Give your guests a night to remember with these delicious cookie tricks

Prep Time: 10 mins



  1. Take 1 Snickerdoodle cookie out of the wrapper and cut into 1-inch slices.
  2. Mold into fingers, pressing down on the top to create an insertion for the almond.
  3. Peel one side of the almond so you can get a natural color base for the food coloring.
  4. Paint on food coloring on almond for your finger “nails.”
  5. Using the end of a spoon, create small divets for the finger wrinkles.
  6. Place almonds onto fingers and stack cookies in a jar. Enjoy!

Keto Halloween Cookies 

Bring the kids into the mix and have them decorate our favorite keto or low carb cookies for a simple yet delicious Halloween treat!

  • 1 oz. dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 large egg white (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. powdered erythritol (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. matcha green tea powder (optional)

Halloween Pumpkin Surprise 

How cute is this Halloween pumpkin by Keto Sony? Make this for your get together or simply indulge - it's delicious!  


  • 2 cups @magicspooncereal
  • 1/2 cup @choczero white chips
  • 1/2 crumbled @eatnui snickerdoodle cookie
  • 3 tbsp soft butter


  1. Melt baking chips & combine all ingredients together, place in a round pie baking dish, freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Cream cheese frosting made with butter, cream cheese, sweetener & food dye.

Spooky Spider Cookies

Another simple but spooky treat are these spider cookies. Adults and kids alike will appreciate these creepy cookies! 


Chocolate Drizzle:

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Cut the very tip of the corner of a Ziploc bag. Place chocolate in the bag and drizzle four lines across each cookie.

Chocolate Ganache Filling:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring cream and sweetener to just a simmer, stirring to combine.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let sit 5 minutes until chocolate is melted, then whisk to combine. Add vanilla and whisk until smooth.
  3. Dollop about 1 to 2 tsp ganache into the well of each cookie, taking care not to overflow the well. Let cool 20 minutes before adding candy monster eyes, if using.
