PUMPKIN BRANDY CHEESECAKE FILLING

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup Swerve Granular

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 2 tsp brandy

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
