Chocolate Mint Cream Pies Recipe
- 2 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 1-2 drops mint extract
- 1/3 c powdered erythritol
- 1-2 drops green coloring
1. Place the butter, cream cheese, extract and coloring into a mixing bowl and beat using a handheld mixer until smooth
2. Add in the powdered erythritol and mix until combined.
3. Pipe mixture onto two of the cookies, top with the other cookie and serve.
