We’re changing the game again with our classic choc-chip cookie. This tastes like mom’s cookie with an honest to goodness chewy center.
Snickerdoodle will make your taste buds dance for joy, and is the right mix of sweet and spicy to curb your sugar cravings.
While these may taste totally ooey and chewy, we waved a magic wand over our Nui cookies to create the perfect macros you can trust.
Our ooey chewy Nui cookies are still proudly still low-carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free.
Rich in healthy fats, fiber, and vitamin E, magnesium, and antioxidants like proanthocyanidins, almonds pack a big nutritional hit and flavor.
And, with only 3g net carbs per serving, it’s time to celebrate…
We replaced erythritol (which creates a cooling effect) with allulose, a natural sweetener found in fruit like figs. And we removed all the sugar alcohols from our cookies.
Another exciting change is we now use soluble tapioca fiber, which is not an IMO and doesn't impact blood sugar.
